{{/presale}}The Chinese Panda coins from the Chinese Mint include both gold bullion and silver bullion options. As is the case with many other collections, the gold coins come in several weights with just one weight available in the silver series. Since 2016, the former 1 Troy oz silver coin has been issued as a 30 Gram silver coin. Provident Metals currently has Chinese Panda 30 Gram Silver Coins in a near-perfect condition available to you for purchase online.
Highlights:
When you purchase these Chinese Panda 30 Gram Silver Coins at Provident Metals, the coin you receive comes with a near-perfect certification. Mint State 69 coins showcase full, original mint luster with a maximum of two minor detracting flaws present. Those flaws are limited in nature to minuscule contact marks or hairlines and limited in scope to the areas outside of the primary focal points. Each coin also features a First Strike label. This indicates the coins were received in the opening 30 days following the release by the Chinese Mint.
Obverse
The obverse field of Chinese Panda 30 Gram Silver Coins includes a depiction of the Giant Panda. The unofficial emblem of the Peoples Republic of China, the Giant Panda bear species has featured on the obverse of the Chinese Panda bullion coin series since the 1982 debut of the gold coins and 1983 issue of the silver coins. Notably, the Giant Panda is depicted with different artwork each year.
Reverse
On the reverse face of Chinese Panda Silver Coins is the image of the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests. The central structure of the Temple of Heaven Complex, the Hall of Prayer for Abundant Harvests was built between 1406 and 1402 in south-central Beijing. This design has featured on the coins every year.
History
Chinese Panda Silver coins were introduced in 1983, but the issues of the coin from 1983 to 1985 and in 1987 and 1988 were all proof versions with varying weights and silver content levels.
