Obverse
On the obverse side of every American Eagle Gold Coin, you will see the image of Lady Liberty. This image was created in 1907 by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. Reverse
The reverse image of each coin showcases a family of bald eagles. One eagle is flying toward the nest as another shelters a hatchling. The image of the eagles was created by Miley Busiek in 1986.
