Silver Statues has a reputation for releasing some of the most interesting and collective silver statues, highly prized by collectors and investors. When the Lost World Collection debuted, it was an immediate hit amongst the investor and collector both. The collection was introduced with a statue of the formidable T-Rex. Other statues in the collection followed soon, representing several dinosaurs and historic animals; including the Triceratops, Brachiosaurus, and Stegosaurus. The 8 oz Silver Antique Finish Triceratops Statue is the 2nd release in the collection. Just 1,000 silver statues were released. This ensures that these statues are highly collectible, and will readily hold their value.

Highlights:

  • Delivered secured in a shipping box, includes a Certificate of Authenticity!
  • 2nd statue released in Lost World Collection!
  • Casting limited to just 1,000 statues!
  • Contains 8 Troy oz of actual silver content.

Your 8 oz Silver Antique Finish Triceratops Statue ships to you secured inside of a protective box that will keep it from damage during shipping. Each of the silver statues in this collection has a laser-etched serial number that will match up with the individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity that arrives with your purchase.

The 8 oz Silver Antique Finish Triceratops Statue is the second statue released in the Lost World Collection, following the release of the T-Rex statue. The Triceratops was one unique species among the dinosaurs. The massive beasts were actually herbivores and had a massive skull with three horns. Two of the horns protruded from the top of the dinosaurs skull while a third protruded out from the tip of the snout.

The horns and the bulk of the dinosaur helped to protect it from predators. This gentle-natured herbivore averaged in weight between 13,000 and 26,000lbs. The modern-day rhino is often thought to be a long-lost relative of the ferocious-looking Triceratops.

The 8 oz Silver Antique Finish Triceratops Statue depicts a youthful Ceratopsia, which was the final member of her species. The Triceratops went extinct long before the catastrophic extinction event that is known as the Cretaceous-Paleogene event. Fossils undercovered date between 66 and 85 million years ago.

Each of the statues in the Lost World Collection features the Silver Statues proprietary antique finish. This finish brings to vibrant life the detailed design of the Triceratops. Each of the plates on the statue is beautifully defined. The antique polish lends an heirloom quality to the statue.
