The antique silver rounds have a polish applied that creates a brushed finish and the appearance of ancient coinage. Provident Metals now offers 5 oz Silver Antique Lisa Parker Collection Moonstruck Rounds for online purchase.
Highlights:
When you purchase 5 oz Silver Antique Lisa Parker Collection Moonstruck Rounds from Provident Metals, each one arrives in an individual protective plastic capsule with a Certificate of Authenticity. The rounds in this series have edge-lettered serial numbers between 1 and 250 with the same number featured on the COA.
Obverse
On the obverse side of 5 oz Silver Antique Lisa Parker Collection Moonstruck Rounds is the image of a woman and wolf. The Moonstruck release features a young woman in a cape in left-profile relief staring across the design field at a wolf in right-profile relief. As the duo stares at each other, the moon rises into the night sky in the background.
Reverse
The reverse face of 5 oz Silver Antique Lisa Parker Collection Moonstruck Rounds includes Wild One. This design element is common to the series and features on the reverse of every release. It depicts a wolf gazing directly at the viewer with a five-pointed star behind its head.
History
Moonstruck is the first design available in the Lisa Parker Collection. The subsequent designs of What Lies Within, Moon Gazer, Apache, Power of Three, and Snow Kisses round out the six-design series. All of the original artworks were created by Lisa Parker, a British artist who combines wildlife and natural landscapes with the mystical realm.
Ordering
The Anonymous Mint uses micro-mintages for this series, with all of the 5 oz silver round options having mintage caps of just 250 rounds. The dies used in coining were hand-sculpted by Italian Master Sculptor Luigi Badia and the coining was completed by Osborne Precious Metals.
