{{/presale}}In the new Religious Series from PAMP Suisse, emblems of the worlds major religions feature on the obverse side of various gold bullion bars and other metallic minted ingots. Christianity is represented in the series with an ornate cross on the reverse of various gold bars weighing 5 Gram, 10 Gram, and 1 oz. Right now, you can buy 5 Gram Gold Cross Bars online at Provident Metals.
Highlights:
With your purchase of a 5 Gram Gold Cross Bar in this product listing, Provident Metals offers you a gold bar in brand-new condition with secure packaging. The gold bars listed here come inside of individually-sealed blistercards. The blistercard has a capsule space at its center to house the gold bar and comes with an assay certificate around the capsule. The assay authenticates the weight, purity, metal content, and serial number of the bar, and also comes with the signature of a certified assayer.
Obverse
An ornate depiction of the Christian cross is found on the obverse design of 5 Gram Gold Cross Bars. The cross shown here is the Latin cross, one which has unequal arms. The cross has additional crosses at each of its four points. The cross itself is set on a small pedestal and comes with no other inscriptions that could distract the eye from this beautiful design.
Reverse
The official logo of PAMP Suisse is featured on the reverse field of the 5 Gram Gold Cross Bars. PAMPs company logo includes the four letters of PAMP inside of individual circles above the word Suisse. Below these inscriptions are the words 5 g Fine Gold 999.9. The bottom of the design field features the assayers stamp with a unique serial number for the bar. Each serial number comes in a one-letter, six-number code.
History
The two most common forms of a cross are the Greek cross and the Latin cross. The two forms are both widely used, but do have different visuals. The Greek cross has equal arms while the Latin cross has unequal arms. The Latin cross was adopted by Christianity for its association with the death of Jesus Christ following his crucifixion on the cross at the hands of the Romans.
