Each Valcambi Cook Islands Star 5 Gram Gold CombiCoin comes sealed in protective plastic assay packaging. Inside, an orange Valcambi Suisse assay card confirms the coins metal content, weight, and purity. A certified assayers signature is also included to verify authenticity.
Obverse
The obverse of each Valcambi Cook Islands Star Gold CombiCoin shows Queen Elizabeth II in right-profile relief, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara. The portrait, created by Ian Rank-Broadley in 1998, appears on each section of the coin. Inscriptions include COOK ISLANDS, ELIZABETH II, and $5.
Reverse
The reverse side of every Valcambi Star 5 Gram Gold CombiCoin features the assayers mark and identifying hallmarks. These markings are repeated on all five pieces so that each segment carries the same official details once separated. Inscriptions read 1 G 999,9 FINE GOLD.
History
CombiCoins maintain the same trusted quality and precision as Valcambis CombiBar products. This five-pointed star can be divided into five separate 1 gram gold coins, each with its own face value. The division process does not affect purity or total gold weight, giving collectors and investors flexibility.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
