The 2026 Silver Elephant collection offers five sizes for silver buyers, with the 1 kilo silver coin being the largest. Additional weights include 10 oz, 5 oz, 2 oz, and 1 oz silver coins.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2026 Somalia Elephant Silver Coins is the official coat of arms of Somalia. The design includes a striped shield with a single star in the center, flanked by two leopards. At the base, palm fronds and crossed spears complete the emblem. Inscriptions include SOMALI REPUBLIC, 2026, and 2,000 SHILLINGS.
Reverse
For the reverse of the 2026 Elephant 1 Kilo Silver Coins, the annual artwork features a savanna watering hole scene. A zebra drinks while two African bush elephants make their way toward the water, with a mountain range in the distance behind them. Inscriptions read AFRICAN WILDLIFE, ELEPHANT, and 1 KG AG 999.9.
History
Elephant tusks are extended incisor teeth that grow continuously throughout the animals life. They help elephants with digging, stripping bark, clearing paths, and defending themselves when needed. Both male and female African bush elephants usually have tusks, though males often develop larger ones, with some massive bulls carrying tusks weighing more than 100 pounds each.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
