Obverse
On the obverse of the 2026 Proof Colorized Australian Kangaroo Silver Coin is a left-facing portrait of King Charles III without a crown. This design was created by Dan Thorne and is the first official image of His Majesty used on Australian coins. The inscriptions here include CHARLES III, AUSTRALIA, and 1 DOLLAR.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2026 Proof Colorized Kangaroo 1 oz Silver Coin shows two kangaroos moving through shallow water. Their movement creates ripples along the surface, adding a sense of motion to the scene. The design reflects the natural movement of kangaroos and how their hopping ability helps them travel efficiently across different terrains. History
Kangaroos can be found in many environments across Australia. Red Kangaroos are typically seen in dry inland regions, while Eastern Grey Kangaroos live along the eastern coastline from Cape York to Tasmania. Western Grey Kangaroos are found across large parts of southern Australia. Both grey species prefer areas with more plant life. Antilopine Kangaroos are native to northern parts of the country, where tropical woodlands are common.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
