Created by Glyn Davies, this design presents His Majesty in left-profile relief and without a crown. The inscriptions here include CHARLES III, PITCAIRN ISLANDS, 25 CENTS, and 2026.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2026 Lunar Year of the Horse 1/2 Gram Gold Coins features a running horse moving through a quiet woodland setting. Low-hanging branches frame the scene, with lunar celebration ornaments hanging from the branches on the left side of the design. Inscriptions here include LUNAR YEAR OF THE HORSE.
