{{/presale}} {{#promotion_on}}The Canadian Silver Maple Leaf was first released in 1988 and has since earned a strong reputation among silver bullion coins. Introduced nearly ten years after the Gold Maple Leaf in 1979, it became the first silver coin from a major industrial nation with a purity of .9999 fine silver. Provident Metals now has 2026 Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz Silver Monster Boxes available for purchase.
Highlights:
Inside each 2026 Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz Silver Monster Box, youll find a total of 500 coins. The Royal Canadian Mint packages these coins in 20 tubes, each containing 25 pieces. Every coin is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and comes with a laser-engraved maple leaf privy on the reverse.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 Canadian Maple Leaf Silver Coin showcases King Charles III. Introduced in 2024, this left-facing portrait by Canadian artist Steven Rosati shows the King without a crown and now appears across RCM coinage. The inscriptions here include CHARLES III, 5 DOLLARS, and 2026.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2026 Maple Leaf 1 oz Silver Coin continues the traditional sugar maple leaf design created by Walter Ott. First introduced with the Gold Maple Leaf in 1979, this image has been a defining element of the Silver Maple Leaf series and also appears on platinum and palladium coins from the Mint. Inscriptions here include CANADA, 9999, FINE SILVER, 1 OZ, and ARGENT PUR.
History
The sugar maple leaf is instantly recognizable, featuring three main lobes and two smaller lobes at the base. Unlike other maple species, the edges are smooth and rounded rather than sharply indented. These leaves also display dramatic seasonal color changes, moving from rich greens to shades of yellow, orange, and red in the fall.
