Each 2026 Australian Lunar Horse 1 oz Silver Coin comes in BU condition. Individual coins are packaged in capsules, while multiples are shipped in rolls of 20 or boxes of 100 coins. A security feature on the reverse can be seen only under magnification.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 Australian Lunar Horse Silver Coin features the first Australian coin portrait of King Charles III. This left-profile image, created by Dan Thorne, depicts the King without a crown. Inscriptions include CHARLES III, AUSTRALIA, 1 OZ 9999 AG, and 1 DOLLAR.
Reverse
On the reverse of 2026 Lunar Horse 1 oz Silver Coins, Ing Ing Jongs artwork shows a mare galloping alongside her foal across grassy fields with mountains in the background. Jong has designed Lunar Series coins for The Perth Mint since 2013. Inscriptions read HORSE, 2026, the P mint mark, and the Chinese symbol for Horse.

Each animal year in the Chinese Zodiac is matched with one of five elementsWood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Watercreating a 60-year cycle before the same pairing reappears. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
