Currently, 2026 Antique Solomon Islands FIFA Stadium Sliding Door 5 oz Silver Coins are available for purchase from Provident Metals.
Highlights:
Each 2026 Antique Solomon Islands FIFA Stadium Sliding Door 5 oz Silver Coin arrives in a themed presentation box and includes an official Certificate of Authenticity from the issuing mint. The coin features a full antique finish that gives depth to the design. Inside the sliding door on the reverse, the FIFA World Cup Trophy is accented with a thin layer of 24-karat gold, adding visual contrast to the scene.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2026 Antique Solomon Islands FIFA Stadium Sliding Door Silver Coin features a portrait of King Charles III. Shown in left-profile without a crown, this effigy offers a modern and understated look. The design was created by Dan Thorne and is used on coinage from Australia and several Commonwealth nations in the South Pacific. Inscriptions include CHARLES III, 2026, SOLOMON ISLANDS, 5 OZ, AG .999, and $10.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2026 Antique FIFA Stadium Sliding Door 5 oz Silver Coin, the design begins with an exterior view of a World Cup stadium. A movable sliding door opens to reveal the stadium interior, complete with a crowd-filled scene and the FIFA World Cup Trophy displayed at the center.
History
The 2026 FIFA World Cup will be a landmark event for the sport, introducing a new 48-team format for the first time. This tournament will also be the first to be jointly hosted by three countries: the United States, Mexico, and Canada. Games will take place in 16 different cities throughout North America, with the championship match scheduled at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. A total of 104 matches will be played over the course of about a month, reflecting FIFAs effort to grow the game worldwide while reaching a larger fan base.
