These 2025 Somalia African Wildlife Leopard 1/2 Gram Gold Coins are in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. Each one is minted with .9999 pure gold and packaged in a secure capsule. Although smaller than typical gold coins, they maintain a high level of detail and have a total mintage of only 5,000.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Somalia African Wildlife Leopard Gold Coin features Somalias national emblem. A crowned shield with a star and striped background reflects the nations flag. Flanking the shield are two upright leopards, which not only bring symmetry but also represent the coins African roots. Inscriptions here read SOMALI REPUBLIC, 2025, and 20 SHILLINGS.
Reverse
On the reverse side of the 2025 African Wildlife Leopard 1/2 Gram Gold Coin is a striking image of a leopard resting across a sturdy tree branch. The animals posture is relaxed, but its focused stare suggests readiness. The detailed markings on its coat are carefully rendered, capturing the essence of this stealthy predator even at such a compact scale. The inscriptions read AFRICAN WILDLIFE, LEOPARD, and 0.5 G AU 999.9.
History
Leopards have proven their ability to adapt to human-altered environments. They are often found close to human settlements, using their natural stealth to avoid detection. These cats tend to hunt after dark and remain hidden during the day. In areas where large prey is limited, they can shift to hunting rodents and smaller animals.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
