Each 2025 Samoa Golden Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin comes in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and is housed in a clear plastic capsule. This coin marks the third release in the Samoa Golden Eagle Series, with each year offering a different reverse eagle image.
Obverse
The obverse side of 2025 Samoa Golden Eagle Silver Coins displays the official coat of arms for Samoa. A palm tree and ocean waves are shown inside the shield, along with the Southern Cross constellation. A Christian cross sits at the top of the seal, and the motto FAAVAE I LE ATUA SAMOA appears below, meaning Samoa is Founded on God. Other inscriptions include SAMOA, 1 OZ AG 999, 2025, and 1 DOLLAR.
Reverse
The reverse of the 2025 Golden Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin features a soaring golden eagle. Known for their high-altitude flights and quick dives reaching up to 150 mph, golden eagles hunt a variety of mammals such as rabbits, marmots, and small deer. They also scavenge for carrion or feed on birds when prey is scarce. Inscriptions here include 1 OZ AG .999 and GOLDEN EAGLE.
History
Golden eagles are among the largest eagles found across the Northern Hemisphere, stretching their wings as wide as 7.5 feet. Adults generally weigh between 6 and 15 pounds, with females being larger than males. They have golden feathers on their heads and necks, contrasting with their darker brown bodies and strong talons capable of applying tremendous pressure.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
