This marked the 100th anniversary of both the last Morgan Dollar and the first Peace Dollar issued for circulation. Since then, the Mint has released new versions of these coins to honor their historic artwork and appeal. Right now, 2025 Peace Dollar Silver Coins are available at Provident Metals.

Obverse
On the obverse side of the 2025 Peace Dollar Coin, youll find a portrait of Lady Liberty facing to the left. Her hair is pulled into a bun with a few loose strands swept back. She wears a tall crown of rays rising from her head. Inscriptions include LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRVST, and 2025.
Reverse
The reverse side of 2025 Peace Dollar Silver Coins shows a bald eagle resting on a rock. Its wings are tucked against its body while it looks into the distance. Behind the eagle, the sun rises and sends bright rays across the horizon. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, ONE DOLLAR, and PEACE.
History
Following World War I, the US Mint needed to quickly resume making silver dollars. While doing so, it reused the Morgan Dollar design and began a search for a new coin design. That process led to a design competition, which ended in December 1921 when Anthony de Franciscis artwork was chosen to launch the Peace Dollar series.

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
