Each 2025 Niue Scrooge McDuck 1 oz Gold Coin comes in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and is individually packaged. The coins arrive inside capsules and include a Scrooge McDuck-themed card. Issued by the New Zealand Mint, each coin was struck in the United States by MKS PAMP.
Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Niue Scrooge McDuck Gold Coin displays the Public Seal of Niue. This official emblem shows native plants surrounded by a ring of 14 seashells, topped by a Sovereign crown to symbolize Niues connection to the Commonwealth. The inscriptions include 250 DOLLARS, PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, and 2025.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2025 Scrooge McDuck 1 oz Gold Coin, Scrooge is pictured diving into a mountain of gold coins. Depicted inside his famous Money Bin, this classic image captures both his love for wealth and his energetic personality. The inscriptions read 1 OZ 9999 FINE GOLD and the Disney copyright.
History
Scrooge McDuck was designed as a character with great wealth and a love of adventure, making him stand out from similar characters of the time. Beyond his comic book roots, Scrooge starred in the animated series DuckTales (19871990, rebooted 20172021), joining his grandnephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie on countless adventures. He also appears in many Disney video games, including the well-known DuckTales NES game, and remains a staple of Disney comics published across the globe.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
