Obverse
The obverse of the 2025 Niue Coca-Cola Bottle Cap Gold Coin displays the Coca-Cola logo. While Coca-Cola’s bottle caps have moved from pry-off styles to twist-off versions over the years, the overall look of the cap has remained the same, keeping the design familiar to fans across generations. Inscriptions include COCA-COLA.
Reverse
The reverse side of the 2025 Coca-Cola Bottle Cap 1.2 Gram Gold Coin displays the national coat of arms of Niue. This design features a ring of 14 seashells surrounding native plants and is topped by a Sovereign crown, highlighting the island’s ties to the Commonwealth. Inscriptions read 8 DOLLARS, 2025, PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE, and 1.2 GRAM 9999 FINE GOLD.
History
In 1915, the Coca-Cola contour bottle made its debut. Designed by the Root Glass Company, it was created to be easily recognized by touch or even in pieces. The bottles curved shape was inspired by the cocoa pod and became an icon in its own right. Around that time, the crown bottle capintroduced in 1892 by William Painterchanged how drinks were sealed and became a staple for Coca-Cola bottles.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
