In 2021, the US Mint revived the Morgan and Peace Silver Dollars to celebrate a century since two major moments in American coin history. The Morgan Dollar was last issued in 1921, the same year the Peace Dollar debuted. These new coins reflect the historic artwork while offering something fresh for collectors. These 2025 Morgan Dollar Silver Coins are certified in Mint State 70 condition. This top grade indicates a flawless coin with original mint luster still intact. The First Day of Issue label means the coin was submitted for certification within the first 24 hours of its release by the US Mint.

Obverse

On the obverse side of the 2025 Morgan Dollar Coin, youll find Liberty as imagined by George T. Morgan. Shes shown in left-profile with flowing hair, a Phrygian cap, a laurel wreath, and a coronet. Surrounding the image are 13 stars representing the founding colonies. Inscriptions include E PLURIBUS UNUM, LIBERTY, and 2025.

Reverse

The reverse of 2025 Morgan Dollar Silver Coins features the iconic heraldic eagle used in the historic Morgan series. The bald eagle is shown with wings spread. In one talon, it holds arrows to symbolize strength. In the other, it holds an olive branch to symbolize peace. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR.

History

George T. Morgan was the 7th Chief Engraver at the United States Mint, starting in 1917 and holding the post until his death in 1925. He followed Charles E. Barber in the role and guided the design team through an era that demanded both artistic quality and practical efficiency. His leadership spanned a unique period of American history that included World War I.

How Does Free Shipping Work?

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.

When will my order ship?

Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.

Can I choose the method of shipping?

All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.

Will I need to sign for my package?

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.

What about International Orders?

Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
