This stretch is often called the Disney Renaissance, and its being celebrated today through a special trading-style coin set from New Zealand Mint. Every coin arrives in its own protective capsule, along with a Disney-themed presentation case and a Certificate of Authenticity. The set contains multiple possible designs tied to popular Renaissance-era Disney films (1989-1999). Since the coins are randomly selected in the trading format, we cant promise which design you will receive.
Designs
The obverse of every coin shows the Public Seal of Niue. Regardless of which tier or film-themed piece you receive, this side remains the same across the entire trading set. Each reverse differs depending on the coin and tier. Colorized reverse images highlight scenes from titles released during the Renaissance run. This era also produced movies like Pocahontas, The Hunchback of Notre Dame, Hercules, and Mulan, and it wrapped up with Tarzan in 1999. Collectively, these films helped Disney grow worldwide, expand into stage shows, and inspire a new generation of animators.
History
Disneys comeback started with The Little Mermaid in 1989, which opened the door for a new wave of hits. Soon after came Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, and The Lion King, each helping Disney regain its reputation for top-tier animation. These films stood out for their storytelling, music, and technical improvements that pushed animation forward.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
