Blue Marlin are among the most recognizable fish in the Caribbean. These strong swimmers are built for speed and can be found across wide stretches of ocean. They mainly feed on squid and fish like mackerel and tuna. Their long bills help them catch prey quickly and move smoothly through the water. The Cayman Trench, which lies just offshore, brings nutrients close to the surface, creating a perfect environment for the smaller fish that Blue Marlin hunt.
