History
Leonidas I ruled as king of Sparta and is widely remembered for his role in the Battle of Thermopylae in 480 BCE. Facing the advancing Persian army of Xerxes I, Leonidas led a small Greek force that included 300 Spartans. Though vastly outnumbered, they defended the narrow pass for three days. Their stand ultimately ended in defeat, but it delayed the Persians long enough for the rest of Greece to organize a stronger defense.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
