Obverse
The obverse design of the 2024 Morgan Dollar Coin showcases Lady Liberty in a left-facing profile. Created by George T. Morgan, the portrait features Liberty wearing a coronet inscribed with Liberty. A laurel wreath and Phrygian cap complete the design, details that have become hallmarks of the Morgan Dollar series over time. Inscriptions include E PLURIBUS UNUM, LIBERTY, and 2024.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 2024 Morgan Dollar Silver Coin, the heraldic eagle of the United States is displayed. The eagle appears in front-facing relief with its wings spread wide. It holds arrows in one talon and an olive branch in the other, symbolizing national strength balanced by a desire for peace. Inscriptions read UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, IN GOD WE TRUST, and ONE DOLLAR.
History
The Morgan Silver Dollar has long been an important part of US coin history. The original series debuted in 1878 and was produced annually until 1904. After silver dollar minting paused for several years, the denomination returned briefly in 1921. That same year marked the end of Morgan Dollar production, as the Mint shifted its focus to the newly released Peace Dollar later in 1921.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
