On the reverse of this 2024 EC8 Regatta 1 oz Silver Coin, a sailboat glides across the peaceful waters of a Caribbean bay. The inscriptions include ANGUILLA and 2024.
History
Sailing regattas have been part of Caribbean history for centuries. During the colonial era, European settlers brought sailing culture with them, organizing races between merchant ships and naval vessels.
