Obverse
Queen Elizabeth II is on the obverse side of 2022 St. Helena Queens Virtues Truth Gold Coins. Her Majesty is shown here in right-profile relief with the George IV State Diadem in a design created in 1985 by Raphael Maklouf. Inscriptions along the edge of the field read 100, ST. HELENA, QUEEN ELIZABETH II, 2022, and ONE OUNCE 9999 GOLD.
Reverse
Truth is depicted in the reverse design of 2022 Queens Virtues Truth 1 oz Gold Coins. This design shows the allegory of Truth as she extends her left arm around a small child. While Truth extends her wings and clutches a mirror in her right hand, the small child clutches a palm branch. The inscriptions on this side read TRUTH CONQUERS ALL.
History
The Queens Virtues symbolism comes from the Victoria Memorial outside of Buckingham Palace. Built in the first decade of the 20th century following Queen Victorias death in 1901, the memorial features six allegorical figures.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies.
