History
This 2022-coin is the first silver bullion release in the Natures Architects series. Along with its special antique visual, this coin also includes a gilded quality to highlight the leaf and its colorization on the reverse. Although the viewers attention will likely be drawn to the leaf, its unique coloring also highlights the colony of ants shown behind it.
Obverse
The portrait of Queen Elizabeth II is seen on the obverse of the 2022 Antique Ghana Busy Ants 2 oz Silver Coin. Her Majestys right-facing effigy features her in an extravagant crown thats shown on her head. The coins value, weight, and purity are also included on the obverse, as well as the following two inscriptions: ELIZABETH II and REPUBLIC OF GHANA. The second aforementioned inscription is the coins country of origin.
Reverse
A busy colony of ants is seen on the reverse of the 2022 Antique Ghana Busy Ants 2 oz Silver Coin, with each ant shown working hard to find food and build their home. There is a large leaf at the bottom right of the obverse, which has been gilded in gold. Not only does this show off the leafs unique veining, but it also gives a dimensional quality to the viewer. The leaf seems to pop out from the rest of the reverse design.
