Highlights:
Emily Damstras new depiction of the American bald eagle had to share the spotlight in 2021 as the US Mint issued the American Eagle Silver BU Coins in two waves. From January to June 2021, the US Mint issued the 2021-dated coins with the heraldic eagle design one final time to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the series. To mark the transition from 35 years of history to the next 35 years of coining, the US Mint then switched to its new reverse design from Ms. Damstra on 2021-dated coins starting in July 2021. In 2022, its all about the new soaring bald eagle design.

Inscriptions on this field of the coin read LIBERTY, IN GOD WE TRUST, 2022, and include the AW signature mark from Weinman.
