Provident Metals now has 2021 Chinese Trade Dollar 1 oz Silver Coins available to you online.

Obverse
The obverse side of 2021 Chinese Trade Dollar Silver Coins features an effigy of Queen Elizabeth II. In this right-profile relief, Her Majesty is shown at the age of 89 with the George IV State Diadem Crown on her head. This effigy of Elizabeth II was created in 2015 by Jody Clark and currently serves as the fifth-generation effigy for the Royal Mint. The inscriptions on this face of the coin include QUEEN ELIZABETH II, ST. HELENA, ONE POUND, and 2021.
Reverse
On the reverse field of the 2021 Chinese Trade Dollar 1 oz Silver Coin is a modern depiction of the historic Chinese Trade Dollar. The coin field shows a powerful Chinese dragon circling the globe with the borders of the Peoples Republic of China featured in the background field. The dragon clutches a pearl in one of its clawed hands. There is an inscription of TRADE DOLLAR along the top and the East India Company mint mark at the bottom.
History
The first Chinese Trade Dollar was produced in 1889. The coins weight was designed to match the other Trade Dollars issued in the Asia-Pacific region during the 19th century. All of these coins were based on the weight and fineness of the Spanish Silver Dollars that were first used in commerce in the region in the 15th and 16th centuries.
