Walking Liberty is featured on the obverse of the 2020 P American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin. This design was created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman. The design captures Liberty in left-profile relief and was inspired by the French sower coin design.

The heraldic eagle of the United States is depicted on the reverse of 2020 P American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins. You will notice all the common design elements of the US national shield, a bald eagle, the arrows of war, and the olive branch of peace, as well as a triangular cluster of 13 stars over the eagles head.
History
The Philadelphia Mints production of emergency issue 2020 American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins marked the first time since 2000 that it had issued the coins in the bullion range. Over the course of two weeks in April, the mint produced 240,000 coins to help meet the growing demand for the 2020 American Eagle Silver Coin both before and during the closure of the West Point Mint.
