2020 Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz Gold Coins are available to you in Brilliant Uncirculated condition from the Royal Canadian Mint. Individual coins will ship with a protective plastic flip, while multiples are housed either inside of tubes of 10 or Monster Boxes of 500 coins. All modern Canadian Maple Leaf Gold coins have radial lines in the background field on both sides, with an additional laser-etched maple leaf privy security feature on the reverse.
Obverse
The obverse face of 2020 Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz Gold Coins includes the right-profile portrait of Queen Elizabeth II. This image was designed in 2003 by Susanna Blunt and is accompanied by inscriptions of Elizabeth II, 50 Dollars, and 2020.
Reverse
For the reverse, 2020 Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coins feature the 1979 design of the sugar maple leaf from Walter Ott. This iconic symbol features on all metallic versions and weights of the Canadian Maple Leaf Coin series. Inscriptions on this side of the coin include Canada at the top, 9999 on each side of the maple leaf, and Fine Gold 1 oz Or Pur along the bottom.
History
Canadian Maple Leaf Gold Coins debuted in 1979 with a 1 oz gold coin as the only option. The 1/4 and 1/10 oz coins were added in 1982, the 1/2 oz in 1986, the 1/20 oz in 1994, and the 1 Gram option in 2014.
Ordering
The Royal Canadian Mint produces the Canadian Maple Leaf 1 oz Gold Coins at its Ottawa Mint facility, the original location for the RCM and the mint facility responsible for production of all bullion and numismatic coinage for the country. The Winnipeg Mint handles the production of circulation currency and banknotes in the RCM system.

When the subtotal of your purchase, including applicable discounts, is $199 or more, you receive free shipping for your entire order. In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All products are discreetly packaged and shipped with full insurance included.
Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
