{{/presale}}American Eagle Silver Coins from the United States Mint bear two of the most beautiful designs from the US Mint. This is the only design in the series of American Eagle bullion coins that uses historic US coin design elements on both sides of the coin. Walking Liberty originated in the early 20th century, while the heraldic eagle dates to the very founding of the nation itself. Provident Metals offers you the chance to purchase a perfect 2020 American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin online today.
Highlights:
American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins have proven time and again to be the best-selling silver coin in the world. Prior to 2008, the series had just three years in which the mintage exceeded 10 million coins. From 2008 to 2018, the mintage exceeded 10 million in every year. Not only that, the mintage exceeded 30 million coins eight-times during that decade stretch, with four of those eight years even exceeding 40 million coins.
Obverse
The obverse side of 2020 American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins comes with the image of Walking Liberty. Created by Adolph A. Weinman, this historic design features Liberty in left-profile relief as she marches toward the sun on the horizon with one hand outstretched. She wears the American flag over her shoulders and carries branches of oak and laurel in her other hand as symbols of Americas military and civic prowess.
Reverse
On the reverse face of 2020 American Eagle Silver Coins, the heraldic eagle of the United States is featured. This symbol includes an American bald eagle in the center of the field with arrows in one talon and an olive branch in the other. Its chest has the national heraldic shield on it and there is a triangular cluster of 13 stars above its head.
History
2020 American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coins mark the 35th release in the series. The bullion coin is the only version of the three available never to have missed an issue year since the 1986 introduction of the series.
