{{/presale}}The 2015 American Liberty Gold Coin from the United States Mint was a high-relief strike with the first $100 (USD) face value issued by the United States on a gold coin. Designed by members of the US Mint Artistic Infusion Program, the image of Liberty captures a young image of the female personification and there is a powerful bald eagle in flight on the reverse of the coins. Right now, you can buy near-perfect 2015-W American Liberty High Relief 1 oz Gold Coins online at Provident Metals.
Highlights:
With your purchase of the 2015-W American Liberty High Relief 1 oz Gold Coin, you will receive a specimen that was certified near-perfect by the PCGS or NGC. Each Mint State 69 coin exhibits full, original mint luster and features a maximum of two minor detracting flaws. Acceptable flaws at this grade level include only minuscule contact marks or hairlines that are located only outside of the primary focal points of the coin.
Obverse
On the obverse of the 2015-W American Liberty High Relief Gold Coins, you will find a modern vision of Lady Liberty. Designed by Justin Kunz, it features Liberty in a traditional robe with a torch in her right hand and a flagpole in her left hand-flying the American flag. Inscriptions include Liberty overhead, 2015 below the torch, and In God We Trust along the bottom of the coin.
Reverse
The reverse face of 2015-W American Liberty High Relief 1 oz Gold Coins includes a depiction of the American bald eagle. This image was created by Paul C. Balan and captures the intricate details of each feather in its plumage as the eagle soars through the air with an olive branch clutched in its talons. Inscriptions on this side of the coin read United States of America, E Pluribus Unum, 1 oz. .9999 Fine Gold, One Hund Dollars, and the W mint mark of the West Point Mint.
History
These 2015 American Liberty High Relief Gold Coins are available with a high-relief strike. This creates deeper visual fields for the coin and greater 3D relief for the design elements of the coin.
