The obverse side of the 2013 Reverse Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin includes a depiction of Walking Liberty. This iconic design was created in 1916 by Adolph A. Weinman and used on the Walking Liberty Half Dollar until 1947.
Reverse
On the reverse face of the 2013 Reverse Proof American Eagle 1 oz Silver Coin is the modern vision of the heraldic eagle of the United States. The design found here was created in 1986 by John Mercanti. It includes an image of the American bald eagle with the US national shield on its chest, arrows in one talon, and an olive branch in the other. There is a triangular cluster of 13 stars above the eagle.
