{{/presale}}The designs on the American Eagle Gold Coins were created by Miley Busiek and revived from the early 20th century as created by Augustus Saint-Gaudens. The historic design once featured on the $20 Gold Double Eagle and now graces the American Eagle Gold series as of 1986. Today, you have the chance to purchase 1997-W Proof American Eagle 1/2 oz Gold Coins in perfect condition from Provident Metals.
Highlights:
Proof American Eagle Gold Coins were initially produced by two different mints. The West Point Mint has issued the 1 oz gold coin in the series since its introduction in 1986. The fractional-ounce coins were produced by the Philadelphia Mint from 1987/1988 until 1993.
