{{/presale}}These beautifully designed rounds, designed by prolific designer Ron Kinney, are part of the T.I.M.E series of rounds released by North American Mint. Kinney has been designing rounds since 2013, with more than 10 of his unique designs featured on rounds. The thought-provoking designs in this collection are designed with layered depth and meaning. The rounds are in high demand, and can quite often prove to be difficult to find. These rounds contain .999 pure silver, and make a great addition to any collection. There are 5 designs in the T.I.M.E series of rounds, with the Shifting Gears round being the first released design.
Round Highlights:
The T.I.M.E. series of rounds was designed by Ron Kinney, from Chautauqua Silver Works, in Western New York. The designs in this series each depict a metaphorical representation of time, with deep and thought-provoking meanings. T.I.M.E stands for The Increment Measuring Existence.
Each of the designs incorporates intricate and detailed elements that add to the overall collectible desirability of these rounds.
Obverse Design
The obverse design of the 1 oz Silver Shifting Gears Round features several interlocking gears and the face of a clock. The gear system is features a key that will turn deal of the gears in succession. The face of the clock features numbers not in typical order, with longer hands overlapping onto the turning gears. The words Shifting Gears are engraved above the gears design, with On the Perception of Time engraved below the gears. The patent date for shifting gears, 1 Dec 1945, is also engraved above the gears.
Reverse Design
The reverse design of the 1 oz Silver Shifting Gears Round round features the Chautauqua Silver Works name. Also engraved on the round are the words One More Ounce One Less Fetter on the lower edge of the round. The middle of the round features a bullseye, along with the word Bullseye and the periodic number and symbol for silver, AG 47. The weight, purity, and metal content of the round are also featured on the reverse.

These silver rounds are released by the North American Mint and Chautauqua Silver Works, which was founded by the designed Ron Kinney.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
Provident is only able to ship to addresses in any of the 50 US states. This includes P.O. boxes and APO addresses.
