Obverse
The obverse of the Silver MLB Houston Astros Round displays the Astros stylized logo, with a large H centered within a bold star. The star symbolizes both Texas pride and Houstons aerospace legacy, creating a striking and meaningful design. The inscriptions include HOUSTON ASTROS and EST. 1962.
Reverse
The reverse of 1 oz Silver Houston Astros Rounds showcases the MLB logo, a horizontal rectangle split into two sides by a batter silhouette. Graphic designer Jerry Dior created this emblem in 1968, and it first appeared on uniforms the following year. The inscriptions read THM/MLB, ONE TROY OUNCE, and .999 FINE SILVER.
History
The Astros were founded in 1962 as the Colt .45s and became the Astros when they moved into the Astrodome in 1965. For decades, they were known as a hardworking, underdog franchise. Their transition to the American League in 2013 marked the beginning of a franchise overhaul that led to increased success.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. All orders of $199 or more that are eligible for free shipping are, by default, shipped via a carrier of our choice (USPS or UPS). Depending on the contents and size of your purchase, you may be able to upgrade to a specific carrier during checkout.
For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
