  • Diwali-themed card!
  • Contains 1 Troy oz of .999 pure silver.

All 1 oz Silver Diwali Bars available here are new offerings from Asahi Refining. These bars are presented in sealed assay cards, accompanied by a special red card celebrating Diwali.

Obverse

The obverse design on the Silver Diwali Bar includes the Asahi logo at the top, along with important identifying hallmarks. These elements confirm the quality and authenticity of the silver bars. The inscriptions here include ASAHI REFINING, FINE SILVER 999, and 1 OUNCE TROY.

Reverse

On the reverse side, the 1 oz Silver Diwali Bars feature the figures of Lakshmi and Ganesha. Their pairing during Diwali highlights the festival’s focus on both material wealth and spiritual well-being. Lakshmi represents prosperity, while Ganesha embodies wisdom and the ability to overcome challenges.

History

The name “Diwali” derives from the Sanskrit term “Deepavali,” meaning “row of lamps.” This festival is celebrated by lighting small oil lamps called “diyas” and placing them throughout homes and on windowsills, symbolizing the triumph of light over ignorance.
