Arranging the logo with bullets is the mints way to acknowledge that Ohio is an Open Carry state. As such, citizens can open carry without a permit in areas like restaurants, state parks, and roadside areas. However, open carry is prohibited in several areas, including bars, places of worship, and government buildings.
