Obverse
The obverse of the Silver Colorized NBA Orlando Magic Round highlights the teams current logoa basketball in motion with stars trailing behind it, all enclosed within a circular frame. The design captures both the excitement of the game and the magical energy that defines the Orlando brand. Inscriptions include ORLANDO MAGIC and EST. 1989.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 1 oz Silver Colorized Orlando Magic Round, the design features the NBA logo. This emblem depicts the silhouette of a basketball player dribbling within a rectangular frame, a clean and enduring design that has symbolized the leagues identity for decades. Inscriptions read OFFICIALLY LICENSED BY THE NATIONAL BASKETBALL ASSOCIATION, NBA, and ONE TROY OUNCE .999 FINE SILVER.
History
The Magic have reached the NBA Finals twicefirst in 1995 with ONeal and Hardaway, and again in 2009 led by Dwight Howard. They have also claimed two Eastern Conference championships and five division titles. Despite the ups and downs of rebuilding cycles, the franchise remains a consistent part of the NBA landscape.
