{{/presale}}There is no doubting the popularity of 1 oz silver coins. Any coin program that offers various weights of silver bullion coins will see its most popular production figures in its 1 oz silver option. This applies to programs from the Perth Mint, South African Mint, Royal Mint of England, Royal Canadian Mint, and the United States Mint, among many others. Provident Metals currently has 1 oz Silver Coins with gilded finishes available to you for purchase online.
Highlights:
When you purchase 1 oz Silver Coins through this Provident Metals listing, the coins are available to ship inside of individual protective plastic flips. Each coin is available in Brilliant Uncirculated condition and comes with a beautiful 24-karat layer of gold. This gilded layer is applied to either the obverse or the reverse at the discretion of the issuing mint.
As an example, Canadian Maple Leaf Silver Coins have the gilded gold on the sugar maple leaf on the reverse. Conversely, American Eagle Silver Coins have it on the obverse on the Walking Liberty design. We cannot guarantee the date mark or design of the coin you receive in this listing.
Obverse
The obverse side of the 1 oz Silver Coins in this listing feature either a reigning monarch or other national symbols. Royal Canadian Mint, Royal Mint of England, and Perth Mint coins all feature varying images of Queen Elizabeth II on the obverse field. As mentioned above, the United States Mint depicts Walking Liberty on the obverse of its American Eagle Silver Coins.
Reverse
On the reverse face of 1 oz Silver Coins, you will find varying different designs. The Canadian Maple Leaf Silver Coin has the image of a sugar maple leaf on the reverse field. Royal Mint of England and Perth Mint coins have varying different designs on the reverse that include Britannia on British coins, and the kangaroo, koala, or kookaburra in varying poses on the reverse field of Perth Mint coins.
History
Gilded coins are a popular version of Brilliant Uncirculated releases. Gilded coins have a thin layer of gold applied to select design elements. The gold is not great enough in volume to drastically increase the precious metal value of the coins, but it does create visual contrast and enhanced beauty on the coins.
