These distinctive commemorative issues come with colorized visuals on the obverse side of the round and a proof-like finish overall. The proof-like finish includes frosted designs and mirrored fields.
Obverse
The American flag stands out in the design on the obverse of Silver Colorized 9/11 Remembrance Rounds. The flag is captured with its beautiful hues of red, white, and blue as it hangs above an inscription of 9/11 IN REMEMBRANCE. The flag is flanked on either side by two stars, for a total of four white stars. In the background field, you can see the silhouette of the New York City skyline as it appeared in 2001. Youll also notice the silhouette of the Statue of Liberty in the lower-left field.
Reverse
For the reverse design, these rounds come with a common design of the Golden State Mint logo. The 1 oz Silver Colorized 9/11 Remembrance Round has the initials GSM inscribed at the center with GOLDEN STATE MINT below. Around this, you will find markings of 1 TROY OUNCE and .999 FINE SILVER. The outer edge of the design field includes a ring of stars.
