Each 1 oz Gold Lunar Year of the Horse Bar is sealed in a tamper-evident assay card to help protect the gold and verify authenticity. The assay card uses a bright red color palette inspired by lunar traditions and includes Cherry Blossom artwork on the front. The back of the card lists official hallmarks and includes a unique serial number assigned to each bar.
Obverse
The obverse of the Gold Lunar Year of the Horse Bar features a finely detailed image of a horse running at full speed. A patterned background adds texture to the design, which was created by Lucas Bowers for the Perth Mint. Each bar also includes a security feature made up of micro-laser-engraved letters that require magnification to see. Inscriptions include the Chinese symbol for the horse and HORSE.
Reverse
On the reverse of the 1 oz Gold Lunar Year of the Horse Bar, youll find the Perth Mints well-known swan logo. The design continues with the same patterned background and includes inscriptions identifying the bars weight, gold content, and purity. Inscriptions read THE PERTH MINT, AUSTRALIA, 99.99%, PURE GOLD, and 1 OUNCE.

In order to receive free shipping on purchases of $199 or more, you must live within the 50 US states. For orders less than $199, a $9.95 shipping fee applies. Most Provident orders are shipped within one (1) business day of your payment clearing. Payments made via PayPal clear instantly. Bitcoin payments clear instantly once the transaction is confirmed. Credit Card and bank wire payments process within 1 business day. ACH and paper check payments take 3-5 business days. Once payments are processed, products are released to fulfillment for packaging and shipping.
