Design
The 1 Kilo Silver 2026 Gilded FIFA World Cup Replica Trophy uses Gazzanigas design, which was chosen from many entries in 1970 by an international committee. Updates have been made to the base to record winners, including a spiral engraving style added in 2014. The current version has space for champions through 2038, at which point a replacement will likely be needed.
History
The earlier World Cup prize, called the Jules Rimet Trophy, was awarded for decades before retirement. FIFAs rule stated that any country winning three times would keep the trophy permanently. Brazil achieved this in 1970 with their third win, leading to the cups retirement. Sadly, the Jules Rimet Trophy was later stolen from the Brazilian Football Confederation in 1983 and was never found, believed to have been melted down.

For those orders of $999.99 or less, there is no need to sign for your package. However, you may select the option to require a signature at delivery if you want. This can be chosen and paid for at checkout. All orders of $1000 or more require a signature to complete delivery.
