{{/presale}}One of the most influential figures in the history of Ancient Egypt was the queen known as Nefertiti. She is the focus of a silver round design from Monarch Precious Metals that offers distinctive design of both the images and the round itself. Right now, you can get 1/10 oz Silver Egyptian Nefertiti Rounds online from Provident Metals.
Highlights:
Your 1/10 oz Silver Egyptian Nefertiti Round is available to purchase today individually inside of protective plastic flips. For multiples of 20, the silver rounds ship inside of an unbleached cotton muslin bag. Multiples between 2 and 19 are packaged in plastic zip-top bags. The rounds each feature an application of antique polish and a separate anti-polish that creates old-world charm and makes each piece look like ancient coinage from the dominant era of the Egyptians.
Obverse
Queen Nefertiti is depicted on the obverse of the 1/10 oz Silver Egyptian Nefertiti Round. One of the most popular bust depictions of her figure is shown on this side in right-profile relief and is shown alongside a variety of hieroglyphs around the outer edge of the design field.
Reverse
More Egyptian hieroglyphs are shown on the reverse of the coin. The primary hieroglyphs in the central oval of the design field are arranged vertically one on top of the other and are the actual hieroglyphs the Ancient Egyptians used when spelling out the name Nefertiti in hieroglyphs.
History
Nefertitis full name was Neferneferuaten Nefertiti, with the second name translating as Beautiful Woman has Come. Nefertiti was the Queen consort of Egypt as the Great Royal Wife to Akhenaten, one of Ancient Egypts most powerful pharaohs. Nefertiti is perhaps one of the worlds first examples of a woman whose very appearance became a symbol of beauty known around the world.
