{{/presale}}Tis the season! At Provident Metals we are excited to offer a brand-new holiday gold note featuring a magnificent Christmas tree. Through a proprietary process, these notes were crafted with a width less than a human hair and then applied with protective polyester layers. These could make for great stocking stuffers or simply be a personal memento to remember this holiday season by. Provident Metals currently has 1/10 Gram Aurum Merry Christmas Tree Gold Notes available to you for purchase online.
Note Highlights:
All 1/10 Gram Aurum Merry Christmas Tree Notes in this Provident Metals online listing will arrive in protective plastic currency sleeves. These notes have been crafted from 24-karat gold in layers a mere 404 nanometers thick. By comparison, thats significantly thinner than human hair. To ensure durability and longevity, these notes were then applied with polyester layers on either side. The front design was achieved through a digital printing procedure and is remarkably vivid given the fragile nature of these notes.
Obverse
The obverse of 1/10 Gram Aurum Merry Christmas Gold Notes contains a spectacular Christmas tree rendition. The tree stands straight and tall and features a majestic star. The branches are decorated with elegant ribbons and ornaments, while at the base a pile of presents sits, waiting to be opened. Above the tree are the words Merry Christmas. Additional text on the lower portion of the field reads Aurum, 1/10 Gram 24k gold, not Legal Tender.
Reverse
On the reverse side of 1/10 Gram Merry Christmas Tree Gold Notes, youll simply find an impression of the obverse design. No additional color, text, or design elements are present on the reverse field. This is simply due to the fact that these notes are too thin to accommodate digital printing on both sides.
History
While we associate Christmas trees with the Christian interpretation of the holiday, they were actually used for festivities in pre-Christian pagan traditions as well. Historians are not quite sure precisely when the tree began to be used specifically for the Christmas holiday, though estimates suggest it was around 1000 AD. As for the modern decorative Christmas tree tradition, that most likely began in the late 15th century in Germany.
